Basically, winter is considered a healthy season, as far as illnesses are concerned; but sometimes we need to watch our immunity. Especially in children and elders, who easily get cold, cough and feel lazy most of the time due to poor immunity.
Children usually have disturbed sleep due to the blocked nose and stuffiness which prevents them from breathing comfortably. In this condition saline (salt + water) nose drops are usually advised.
